Where's UBL?

Some American Generals believe that Bin Laden Could Be in Afghanistan:

"KABUL, Afghanistan - Osama bin Laden and other militant leaders could be hiding in eastern Afghanistan, the commander of U.S. forces along a key stretch of the Pakistani border told The Associated Press on Monday. "

Of course, many opponents of Pres. Bush knew this already. They knew that UBL was sipping cognac in some cafe in southern Kabul, and the US was simply ignoring him. I think a UBL incognito is almost as good as a UBL incarcerated. If he is on the lamb, he is unable to organize an attack. This may be why we have not seen a major attack since 9/11. One of the important aspects of Pres. Bush's foreign policy is giving the terrorist no place to set up training camps. A terrorist organizaion will never be effective if they are dispersed. No one knows if we will ever catch UBL. Eric Randolph was able to hide for many months in the mountains of North Carolina, and he probably had no assistance. UBL probably does have assistance, and could theoretically never be caught.
