A new report on audits at the UN came out today:

I think it is fair to say the UN-appointed investigation team is not going to give the most fair assessment. If they report that there was "mismanagement" and "growing pains," we can assume this conclusion is well short of the mark. We may come to find out from one of the Congressional investigations that there was outright fraud and theft. I will be interested to see if any further reports come out, and what, if anything, the UN does to correct itself. I am not expecting much from the UN.
